Techademics is looking for a STEM educator with excellent interpersonal skills for the role of STEM teacher to join our team.
To ensure success as a STEM teacher, candidates should have a strong background generally in STEM, specifically in robotics and programming, and have good written and verbal communication skills, mostly from an engineering background. But technicality isn't the only thing we look for in a teacher; we want someone who is passionate about assisting students in their learning journeys and serves as a role model for the students.
Responsibilities
- Develops and delivers STEM curriculum
- Prepares materials related to the activities or class
- Documents and organizes sessions
- Works with students from diverse backgrounds with different needs
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Excellent teaching and Instructional skills for students ages 4 to 18
- Perfect written and spoken English
- Ability to manage a classroom of up to 25 Students
- Passionate, energetic, self-learner, highly tolerant, and adaptable to constant change resulting
- Experience with electronics, mechanics, and programming used in teaching Robotics for Students under 18
Nice to have
- Experience with the Python programming language.
- Design and 3D modeling in CAD (Fusion software).
- Experience in STEM Field
- participation in STEM competition
